No. This is a temporary, unticketed flight reservation with a PDF confirmation and an airline booking reference. It does not give you the right to board a flight.
How long does it take?+
Standard processing is estimated at 1–2 hours. Express gives your order priority, with a target of 15 minutes. These are estimates, not guarantees. A ready document is always released immediately.
How long is the reservation valid?+
Validity depends on the airline and reservation. We display the release deadline when the provider supplies it. The airline can release a hold earlier; contact us if you need help. Your travel date is separate from the hold validity.
Can I verify my reservation?+
Use the airline booking reference on the carrier’s booking management service when available. A PDF alone is not proof that a temporary hold is still active.
Will my reservation be accepted?+
Acceptance depends on the airline, authority and your circumstances. We cannot guarantee boarding, entry or visa approval. Check your requirements before ordering.
What if the reservation cannot be made?+
If fulfillment definitively fails, we refund the amount paid, including Express. An unresolved delay is reviewed before a final decision. Corrections and requests are handled through Contact.
